Let me start by saying, I LOVE massages! When taking care of your body turns into treating yourself, I'm all in.

I've been seeing Dr. Young at Pairmore & Young Synergy Chiropractic and I've had an amazing experience so far. He suggested that I start getting routine massages as part of my treatment plan so we can really make sure the work he does on my spine when I'm getting adjusted stays that way! Massages are also really great for muscle soreness (duh), swelling, and increasing blood flow.
