Everyone knows an Ed Sheeran song, but that doesn't mean he thinks he's right to perform during the Super Bowl halftime show.
The Grammy winner said he doesn't see himself performing the halftime show as a solo artist during a recent interview on the Call Her Daddy podcast. Why? He said he thinks his performance style don't lend themselves well to the high-energy, spectacle-oriented environment of the Super Bowl and it's kind of true!
"Me going up there and being like 'Here's "The A-Team,"' and 'Here's "Perfect,"'" no one wants to see that," Sheeran said on the podcast.
"I can't see myself doing it," he admitted. "I don't think my set lends itself to that."
