Rikki Kahley is engaged to be married and had a big bachelorette party planned in the Bahamas. But then, Hurricane Dorian hit and Rikki’s party plans changed.
Instead of spending a weekend relaxing and partying on the beach with her nine friends, she asked them to fill their suitcases with supplies -- and take those supplies to the area most impacted by Dorian.
Rikki was happy she and her friends were able to make the trip. And while it was a different experience than she had originally planned, it was still certainly fun -- and something that she and her friends will never forget, as 40 suitcases filled with supplies went to people who desperately need any help they can get.
