He was bullied for his shirt.... Now, everyone wants one...

A Florida boy is getting the recognition he deserves after being bullied over a t-shirt he designed. He was so excited to participate in his school's spirit day, but had no formal University of Tennessee gear to wear. His teacher, Laura Snyder, recommended he wear an orange shirt, but he took it one step further. He hand drew a University of Tennessee logo and adhered it to his orange shirt.

The excitement quickly dwindled when he started getting bullied for his homemade creation. His spirit was broken, but that's where Laura stepped in, yet again. She had planned to get him an official shirt, but put a post on social media looking for contacts at the school to aid her for this mission. The Facebook post went viral and the University of Tennessee stepped up. In addition to sending him official merch, they informed him that they were turning his shirt design into an official University of Tennessee shirt.
