“Game of Thrones” Premiere Pirated 55 Million Times in First 24 Hours

This may seem hard to believe when I tell you, but here goes, 55 million people watched the season 8 premiere of "Game of Thrones" illegally in 24 hours.

Seriously, the premiere was the most pirated program in India and China, and some Chinese fans of the show weren't happy that six minutes of the episode was cut by Chinese censors.

The show is no stranger to piracy, the first seven seasons sit on the throne for the most pirated tv show seasons this month.

Despite all the piracy, "Game of Thornes" still raked 17.4 million legal viewers for the premiere episode.

A Rare Star Wars Toy Has Been Found

A rare and unopened Star Wars Tie Bomber toy was found hidden away in a U.K. loft far, far away for forty years.

The owner of the toy worked for Palitoy Toys in the U.K. and says that his son was a big fan and he often bought toys and brought them home for him to enjoy.

"I assume this toy was sent from America to see if it would sell in the U.K," says the owner.

Now, the toy is up for auction on June 20 and could be worth lots of money.

Davidson also wants to install an arcade in his basement.

Corporations Are Ready For 4/20

4/20 used to be a 'secret' holiday for stoners only. But with marijuana legalization continuing to grow, 4/20 has gone mainstream - and even corporations are getting in on it.

This year, Lyft will be offering a $4.20 credit for riders in Colorado, while Carl's Jr. unveils its new CBD-infused burger. Cities like Chicago and Tulsa will hold 4/20 festivals with thousands of attendees, and plenty of brands will be cracking stoner jokes on social media.

Consumer psychologist Kit Yarrow says associating with 4/20 can give brands a "contact high" and make them "cooler by association".

Leslie Jones and Seth Meyers React to "Game of Thrones"

Seth Meyers and Leslie Jones reunited for another edition of Game of Jones on Late Night Thursday.

Meyers and Jones sat down together to watch the season premiere of Game of Thrones and the camera caught their reactions.

Jones admitted to Meyers, "I never thought I’d be this nerdy."

When GoT is finished, Jones said, "I’m gonna make my own Game of Thrones. I'm gonna play all of them. I'll play the Night King.”
