Beyonce’s “Homecoming” Is Now on Netflix
If you're a member of the Beyhive today is a day of celebration. Beyonce's Coachella documentary "Homecoming" is now available on Netflix.
The two-night performance went on for two hours, featured more than two dozen songs, and had appearances from Destiny's Child, Solange, and Jay-Z.
The doc features rehearsal footage, performances, interviews, and of course the kids.
Beyonce Drops Surprise “Homecoming” Album
Queen Bey has done it again and the Beyhive is in celebration mode. Beyonce has dropped a surprise album and it's called, "Homecoming."
The album features 40 live performances of her biggest hits and coincides with her "Homecoming" documentary that also made its debut on Netflix.
The rumor was that an album called "B7" would drop on April 18, but now the Queen has shut down that rumor with the release of "Homecoming."
Marvel Fans Urged to Not Spoil “Endgame”
The Russo brothers are pleading with Marvel fans to not spoil "Avengers: Endgame" for other Marvel fans by sharing scenes online.
In an open letter, the brothers said, "when you see Endgame in coming weeks, please don't spoil it for others, the same way you wouldn't want it spoiled for you."
The letter also came with a social media hashtag #DontSpoilEndgame.
The movie that took three years to make and culminates 22 prior Marvel films hits theaters April 25.
Sam Smith Cancels Show Midway Through Concert
Sam Smith was 45 minutes into a concert when he had to cancel the rest of the show because of a vocal strain.
It happened in Capetown, South Africa on Tuesday.
Smith abruptly left the stage mid-song. The backup singers finished up. The arena fell silent. An announcer said there were technical difficulties. Soon after, the house lights came on and the show was over.
The concert promoter tweeted Smith's condition. Shows scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday were canceled as well after Smith consulted with a doctor about his voice.
Alex Rodriguez Reveals How He Proposed to Jennifer Lopez
Alex Rodriguez popping the question to Jennifer Lopez wasn't a spontaneous thing. It was in the works for a little bit.
Rodriguez told Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show, "I planned it for about six months."
As far as execution goes, the former MLB great said, "[And] the three days prior to me going down on one knee and getting engaged, I rehearsed for three days in a row. Because I wanted the sunset to be perfect."
The couple announced their engagement on March 9th.
Notre Dame Cathedral Could Be Closed for Up To 6 Years
The devastating fire at Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris shocked the world. The focus is now on rebuilding and restoring. That could take a while.
Notre Dame's rector, Bishop Patrick Chauvet, spoke to local business people on Wednesday and admitted that the church could be closed for "5 to 6 years."
Chauvet also said, "a segment of the cathedral has been very weakened." He did not specify which segment.
It is unsure what the 67 employees of the church will do in the wake of the closure.
