Don't Skip Leg Day

Goal for this year... lose 40 pounds before my 40th birthday. 2 weeks into my journey with Body Renew has been eye opening. Muscles I didn't know I have.

Today was LEG DAY! My boy, DRAGEN, at Body Renew South has been pushing me to my max, in a short 30 minute workout. So, twice a week I see a personal trainer. And the rest of the time I'm on my own. Whether taking a class, walking on a treadmill, or just want to stretch and use the sauna. All the benefits of being a Body Renew member.
