#MalieD: Healthy 'Meats' Happy

Ringing in the New Year is already a distant memory for some, but not #MalieD!

I'm still going strong sticking to these resolutions (first time ever) and honestly, it's been easier than I thought it would be.

I've really been focusing on my health and fitness this year as I did NOT make them a priority the last few years... No, I'm not on a 'commercial' diet, but I did cut certain things that are really bad for MY body. Things such as alcohol, gluten, and lactose.

Sounds like I can't eat anywhere, right?

WRONG!

I thought I was going to have to cut all convenience from my diet, but that's not the case at all at Subway! We have one here in the food court at the Dimond Center, so running down and grabbing a chopped salad is a BREEZE!!!
