A British couple took offense to dee-fence -- that was erected around their home when they were away on their honeymoon.
Thomas and Rebekah Entwistle had been celebrating their nuptials in the Dominican Republic, but returned to their house in the town of Blackburn to find a six-foot-high barrier had been built just a couple of feet from their front door, blocking the view from every one of their windows. They'd paid about $400,000 for the home just before Christmas, not knowing there was a dispute between the last owner and the farmer next door who had claim to some of the land.
Thomas, a music teacher, said, "It feels like we are imprisoned in our own house by this fence. We are being held hostage in a land dispute which is nothing to do with us." (Metro)
