WOOHOO! Would you look at that drop! Now that I've finally gotten my eating habits under control, it's time to crank down at the gym.
I've been seeing my trainer Logan at The Alaska Club for a while now, and I'm loving every minute of it! Logan is awesome because he knows when to push me and keeps me committed to my fitness.
We've had some clashing schedules over the last month, work has been SO busy, so to say I have a consistent workout regime would be a lie. BUT... I think I found a schedule that works for me!
Here's how my week looks:
Monday: Beer league softball
Tuesday: Bachelorette night (AKA rest day)
Wednesday: Personal Training and/or Yoga in the Park
Thursday: Personal Training
Friday: Team Training
Saturday/Sunday: Light cardio/lifting to keep up the momentum
Team Training is great! It's sure to keep you engaged while giving you that kick in the booty you've been needing. I love it because it's challenging my mind and body. Interval training has always been a favorite of mine and, while I was nervous about working out with other people before, it's turned out to be so much fun!
I'm definitely on the right track with my fitness and I can't be more excited to try out new classes at The Alaska Club! I'm dying to do a Hot Yoga class at their new state-of-the-art hot yoga studio at Studio At The Alaska Club. Who wants to join?!
I just want to say a huge thanks to everyone who's been so amazing and supportive on this journey, and thank you to The Alaska Club for helping me find my confidence again!!!
