There’s a lot of bummer news in the world today, and you might need a pick-me-up…and that’s were the students from West Side Elementary in Healdsburg, California come into the picture. A couple of teachers came up with the idea of kindergarteners offer pep-talks on their Peptok Hotline. Just call 707-998-8410, and get your spirits lifted by a kid:
· Press 1 – If you’re feeling “mad, frustrated, or nervous.”
· Press 2 – If you need “words of encouragement or life advice.”
· Press 3 – For a “pep talk.”
· Press 4 – To hear “kids laughing with delight.”
· Press 5 – For “encouragement in Spanish.”
