BRIT Awards 2020 Winners
So the BRIT Awards were held on Tuesday evening at London’s O2 Arena and there were amazing performances, surprising winners and lots of booze.
Taking home Best New Artist was Lewis Capaldi, whose hit “Someone You Loved” won a BRIT award for Song of the Year.
"Don't Call Me Up" singer Mabel won the award for Best British Female Solo Artist.
Tyler, The Creator won Best International Male Solo Artist while Billie Eilish took home the award for international female.
BRITs 2020: Lewis Capaldi Finished Beer on Stage and Had Speech Muted
The BRIT Awards were LIT last night, and the booze was flowin'.
Lewis Capaldi was one such artist who took drinking at awards shows to a new level as he made his way to the stage to accept his New Artist of the Year award while taking swigs of beer on the way.
Once he made it to the stage he gave Niall Horan a long hug then after pointing to the crowd several times he said, “Thank you very f**king much, see ya’ll later.”
His comments were censored but later in the evening he was able to be heard while accepting his Song of the Year award for “Someone You Loved” he admitted that the song was about his Gran and not ex-girlfriend, Paige Turley.
Lizzo Looked Like a Literal Snack in a Dress Inspired by a Hershey’s Chocolate Bar on the Red Carpet
Lizzo hit the BRIT Awards red carpet looking like a chocolate snack. The “Cause I Love” singer wore a Hersey’s chocolate bar-inspired dress by Moschino.
She topped off the look with a jewel-encrusted chocolate bar clutch.
The dress, labeled “Milk Chocolate” had a barcode, nutrition label and price tag of 25 cents on it.
Lizzo’s recent red carpet look is one of many fashion statements the singer has made over the past year.
In the Spirit of Whitney: Houston Hologram Tour Set to Begin
Brought to you by the world of technology, Whitney Houston is set to go on tour.
A hologram of the R&B singer is set to tour Europe and the United States starting on February 25th.
The technology began development five years ago and Houston’s sister-in-law and former manager, Pat Houston, says the time is now and “it’s the show Whitney would’ve wanted.”
The Whitney Houston hologram will perform hits such as “I’ll Always Love You,” and “Greatest Love of All” with backup singers and dancers.
Keanu Reeves Filmed Jumping Off A Roof For "Matrix 4"
Keanu Reeves is apparently doing stunts for the upcoming Matrix movie.
Reeves was seen jumping off a roof in San Francisco as they film the latest sequel.
At least we think it was him. It hasn't been officially confirmed whether it was Reeves or a look-alike stunt double dangling in the sky.
The movie is scheduled to be released on May 21, 2021. The new John Wick movie will be released on the same day.
Internet Comes for Kylie Jenner for 2-Year-Old Stormi’s Gold Hoops
The internet is dragging Kylie Jenner for 2-year-old Stormi’s fashion choices.
Kylie posted a pic on Instagram of Stormi wearing some big gold hoop earrings with Stormi written in the middle.
Apparently Stormi enjoyed rocking them as she admired herself in the mirror. Kylie captioned the pic, Go Best Friend.
