Harry Styles To Host And Perform On "Saturday Night Live"

Harry Styles will take over Saturday Night Live on November 16th.

Styles posted the news Thursday morning on Instagram with the caption "Double Duty."

He will join a select group of people who have served as show host and musical performer. 

This is Styles' 5th appearance on SNL. He performed with One Direction three times before and he performed solo once as well.

New "Hocus Pocus" Movie Coming From Disney+

Disney is about to re-do a Halloween classic.

Reports say a new version of Hocus Pocus will be made for the new streaming service Disney Plus.

The original film came out in 1993 starring Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy. It has become a staple around this time of year.

No word on if the original cast will return for the new version of the movie. 

Jennifer Lopez And Alex Rodriguez Donate Food To A School For An Entire Year

A teacher's Facebook post about helping out a hungry student got the attention of Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez.

Brooke Goins teaches at JacksonboroElementary School in Tennessee. She posted an emotional video on social media earlier this month about having to buy a student some food. She said, "Today I cried for a child, a child who so innocently talked about food and the lack of it."

The situation got Goins and the school to start a food pantry. Lopez and Rodriguez heard about the story and decided to help.

The couple has an ownership stake in Tiller And Hatch. They make healthy, prepackaged meals. Lopez and Rodriguez pledged a year worth of food for the school pantry. They made a FaceTime call to the school to announce the donation. 

Lizzo Gives Extra Credit For "Truth Hurts"

Lizzo is trying to clean up the plagiarism she's being accused of over her hit Truth Hurts. 

British singer Mina Lioness has been given writing credit on the song.

Lizzo and Lioness came to an agreement on Wednesday after Lizzo said she was inspired by a tweet Lioness sent in 2017 that said, "I just took a DNA test, found out I'm 100 percent that b**ch." Of course, that line is in the song. Lioness thanked Lizzo and her team for the acknowledgment.  

Lizzo has filed a suit against another set of songwriters who claim the "DNA" line came from them. 

American Music Awards Nominations Are Out

The nominations for the American Music Awards were released on Thursday morning. 

Post Malone leads all nominations with 7 including Artist of the Year. Other nominees in that category include Ariana Grande, Drake, Halsey and Taylor Swift.

Grande and Billie Eilish walked away with 6 nominations. Eilish is nominated for Best New Artist with Lil Nas X, Lizzo, Luke Combs and Ella Mae.

Fan voting is open for the AMA's. Search AMA's Vote on Google. The ceremony takes place on Sunday, November 24th.  

Tourist Looks For Couple Who Got Engaged In One Of Her Pictures

A 19-year-old traveler is hoping to find the couple that got engaged behind her while she was in Rome.

Alycia Savard-Ouellet was at the popular Trevi fountain on a solo European trip. She had someone take pictures of her at the historic landmark.

When Alycia returned home to Canada, she showed her vacation photos to her parents. Her mom pointed out the couple in the background getting engaged. Several pictures show an unidentified man proposing and the future bride's reaction.

Alycia has posted the pictures on a travel-focused Facebook page hoping to track down the couple so she can share the candid photos with them.
