At a KFC restaurant in Salem, Oregon, the co-workers of Crystal Lachance have been so impressed with her dedication to her job that they awarded her with a new car.
Crystal is a single mom who, for the past year, has been walking to and from work -- an hour each way.
Her co-workers nominated her for a company award called “Kentucky Fried Wishes,” which goes to employees who go above and beyond at their job.
Crystal won -- and was surprised with a brand-new car, which was even decorated with a big red bow.
Thanks to the thoughtfulness of her co-workers, Crystal and her nine-year-old son no longer have to worry about getting places they need to be. (Global News)
