Great way to end the week.
Challenged myself big time today in JJ's TRX class at Core Pilates. Half the class is done with the TRX straps challenging your stability and balance and the other half is floor work. Using muscles I never knew I had and really working on balance and my strength. Planks, pikes, burpees, pushups, rowing, pull-ups, and about 12 more postitions I can't remember because I was sweating so much. Feeling great 11 days into the challenge losing 7 pounds already!
Mat Fusion with Hannah was incredible! Got to use different "toys" Arc barrels, fitness circles, weighted balls, and stability cushions and balls are used to intensify your workout. And intensify it did. Still feeling the burn in my butt and quads.
