Week 6:

Great way to start of the week at Core Pilates with the Pilates Circuit class. The timer is set, two minutes at each station, and 26 different exercises is in front of you... GO!

The Circuit class will find little muscle in your body that you didn't know you had. Like the little muscle that runs up your inner leg, or the band of muscle that wraps around your elbow. I don't know the exact medical names for these, but I found out that I have them now. With moving from station to station in such a quick time the class itself flies by.
