Week 2...

Kicked off today with a Reformer Class at Core Pilates with Susanne. This class takes a lot of coordination. You are hooked up to a sliding board with straps and spring resistance. Only had 5 people in the class. Me and another beginner had a lot of attention since it was our first class. Hour long class that had me sweating a little and found some muscles I didn't realize I had.

     

The Reformer is an uniquely designed piece of equipment that uses spring resistance for a full body workout. While integrating basic Stott Pilates principals, we stand, sit, lay down and utilize the pulley system to develop slender muscles rather than bulk.

Remember, Core Pilates has a FREE Introduction Class every Saturday morning at 9am. If you can't make it Saturday, call Core Pilates and they can make it work for your schedule too.
