Court Makes Huge Error In Chris Brown's Sentencing In Karrueche Tran Case

Last week, TMZ reported that Karrueche Tran testified against her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown in court.

Tran was later granted a five-year restraining order against him after she proved that he physically abused her and continued to threaten her. But, there were reports that claimed Brown was also ordered to attend a 52-week batterer intervention program. However, that's not the case.

Updated retraining order documents say, “The issue was not raised at the hearing and the court makes no order for respondent to participate in a batterer intervention program” Page Six confirms. The news outlet also adds that mistake was corrected by the court.

So yes, Brown will still have to stay away from his ex for the next five years. He was also ordered to pay her attorney fees, which added up to $3,500. The singer still denying Tran's abuse claims.
